High Voltage Transmission Lines

Ring Main Unit (33kV & 11kV)
Odra Electric India provide complete installation, testing, and commissioning services for Ring Main Units (RMUs) used in medium-voltage distribution networks, ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted power supply.
Our scope of work includes site preparation and foundation checks, positioning and mounting of the RMU, cable laying and termination for incoming and outgoing feeders, and connection of earthing systems in accordance with approved drawings and manufacturer recommendations. All installation activities are performed following strict safety procedures and applicable standards.
Testing and commissioning are carried out using calibrated equipment to verify correct operation and system integrity. This includes insulation resistance tests, cable continuity and phasing checks, functional testing of load break switches and circuit breakers, interlocking verification, protection relay testing (where applicable), and earthing resistance measurement. Pre-energization inspections are conducted to ensure readiness for safe energization.

Under Ground Distribution Lines
Odra Electric India offer complete installation, testing, and commissioning services for 33kV and 11kV XLPE insulated underground power cables up to 600 sq.mm, delivering safe, reliable, and efficient power distribution solutions for utility, industrial, and commercial applications.
Our scope of work includes route survey, trenching or duct preparation, laying of XLPE cables with approved methods, installation of cable protection systems, warning tapes, and route markers, as well as proper backfilling and surface reinstatement. We carry out straight-through joints and indoor/outdoor terminations using heat shrink or cold shrink XLPE kits, strictly in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable standards.
Testing and commissioning are performed using calibrated test equipment to verify electrical integrity and performance. This includes insulation resistance testing, sheath integrity testing, continuity and phasing checks, and high-voltage withstand testing as per IEC/IS standards. Earthing systems are checked and verified prior to energization to ensure safe operation.
